Last weekend, during a site visit, a customer watched us fill a glass from the kitchen tap and drink it. He almost stood to stop us.
For someone visiting from outside India, the reaction was understandable. We don’t usually drink water straight from the tap here. We filter it.
So we explained that, in this project of six villas, every tap has filtered water. Kitchen sink, bathroom basin, all of it.
He asked surprisingly “why would you do that?” And it was a fair question because it costs more. A feature that doesn’t appear in the photograph or can be noticed during the site visit.
But that’s exactly why we think it matters. A home is not judged on the day you receive the keys.
It is judged six months later. At 2 a.m. When you pour yourself a glass of water without even thinking about it.
The best proof of quality is often found in the things nobody checks for.
